ANALYSIS
This bill eliminates the prospective repeal of the regulation of number plate scanning devices, as the statute was set to be repealed on January 1, 2027. As a result, this statute will no longer be repealed.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT relative to the use of number plate scanning devices.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. 2016, 78:3, relative to prospectively repealing the regulation of the use of number plate scanning devices, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
