STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT repealing immunity afforded health care facilities when following directives adopted in response to the COVID-19 state of emergency.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 21-P:42-a, relative to immunity granted to health care facilities following rules or orders issued during the COVID-19 state of emergency, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
