Amendment to HB 1078-FN
Amend RSA 261:87-c, IV(b) and (c) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(b) Proof of relationship to the deceased service member, such as a birth certificate; or
(c) A marriage certificate, a United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) benefit letter, or a certification letter from the VA.
