STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT prohibiting the sale of condoms and personal lubricant that contain intentionally added per and polyfluoroalkyl substances.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Subparagraph; Consumer Products; PFAS Use Restricted; Condoms and Personal Lubricants.  Amend RSA 149-M:64, IV by inserting after subparagraph (i) the following new subparagraph:  

(j)  Condoms and personal lubricants, including vaginal and anal.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
