STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT relative to guard dogs.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Guard Dogs; Exemption. Amend RSA 466:31, II(g) to read as follows:
(g) If, whether alone or in a pack with other dogs, it bites, attacks, or preys on game animals, domestic animals, fowl or human beings when not on the owner's property.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2027.
