1 New Subparagraph; Interception and Disclosure of Telecommunication or Oral Communications Prohibited; Exception. Amend RSA 570-A:2, II by inserting after subparagraph (m) the following new subparagraph:

(n) A person to record a telecommunication after the other party to the telecommunication has informed the person that the telecommunication may be recorded.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2027.
