1 New Paragraph; Licensed Pet Vendors. Amend RSA 437:3 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:
IV-a. No physical facility shall be used by multiple people, firms, corporations, or other entities, when the combined number of animals transferred exceeds 30 or more dogs, 30 or more cats, 30 or more ferrets, or 50 or more birds or live animals customarily used as household pets, unless one of the people, firms, corporations, or other entity is a licensed pet vendor.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 45 days after its passage.
