STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Dual and Concurrent Enrollment in the Community College System. Amend RSA 188-E:27, II to read as follows:
II. A student in the program shall be provided funding for enrollment in no more than 4 dual or concurrent enrollment courses taken in grade 10, no more than 4 dual or concurrent enrollment courses taken in grade 11, and no more than 4 dual or concurrent enrollment courses taken in grade 12[. Each course funded pursuant to this paragraph shall not exceed 4 credits] subject to policies adopted by the community college system of New Hampshire. A student may take more than 4 dual or concurrent enrollment courses per year[, or courses exceeding 4 credits,] at his or her own expense.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
