This bill provides that there shall be no vaccination or immunization requirements for foster parents that exceed vaccination or immunization requirements under RSA 141-C:20-a, either in type of vaccination, quality of doses, or authorization for exemption.

AN ACT relative to immunization requirements in foster family homes.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Immunization Requirements for Foster Family Homes. Amend RSA 170-E:27-b to read as follows:
170-E:27-b Immunization Requirements for Foster Family Homes. There shall be no vaccination or immunization requirements required of any children residing in a foster home that exceed vaccination or immunization requirements under RSA 141-C:20-a, either in type of vaccination, [or] quantity of doses, or exemptions. There shall be no vaccination or immunization requirements required of any parent residing in a foster home that exceed vaccination or immunization requirements under RSA 141-C:20-a, either in type of vaccination, quantity of doses, or exemptions.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
