STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT relative to the enforcement of alimony orders.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Term and Reimbursement Alimony. Amend RSA 458:19-a by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:
VII. Orders for the payment of past due amounts of alimony shall be enforced according to their terms unless modified by an agreement of the parties or pursuant to RSA 458:19-aa.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2027.
