1 New Paragraph; Term and Reimbursement Alimony. Amend RSA 458:19-a by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:

VII. Agreements in which the parties waive any and all rights to past, present, or future alimony, or any portion thereof, shall be given full force and effect unless the agreement is found by a preponderance of the evidence to be invalid due to coercion, deceit, duress, fraud, mutual mistake, material misrepresentation, supervening illegality, or where such enforcement would be unconscionable.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2027.
