STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT removing the authority of the state librarian to award scholarships to students attending graduate library schools.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 201-A:10, VII, relative to the authority of the state librarian to award scholarships for qualified persons to attend a graduate library school, is repealed.  

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
