Amendment to HB 1277
Amend RSA 657:17-C, I(c) as inserted by section 2 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(c) Including a New Hampshire drivers' license number or nondriver's identification number on the absentee ballot request form that the town clerk or their designee can use to verify the identity of the absentee ballot applicant with the New Hampshire division of motor vehicles. The identification shall meet the requirements of RSA 659:13, II(a); or
