STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT requiring guide examinations to be administered by conservation officers.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Paragraph; Qualifications of Licensee; Examination Administered by Fish and Game Officers.  Amend RSA 215:5 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:  

IV.  Any written or oral examinations required to become a guide shall be administered only by conservation officers.  

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
