Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 131

 

This enrolled bill amendment makes technical and grammatical corrections to the bill.

 

 

Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 131

 

Amend section 1 of the bill by replacing line 2 with the following:  

 

read as follows:

193-F:4 Pupil Safety and Violence Prevention.

 

Amend RSA 193-F:6, II as inserted by section 2 of the bill by replacing lines 3-5 with the following:  

 

of such incidents in the schools and the number of waivers granted for parental notification, the number of waivers granted for investigation extensions, and the number of out-of-state cyberbullying cases reported, investigated, and reported to the attorney general’s office.  

 

Amend paragraph I of section 5 of the bill by replacing it with the following:  

 

I.  Section 3 of this act shall take effect January 1, 2027.
