Amendment to HB 1328-FN

 

Amend the bill by replacing section 7 with the following:  

 

7  Effective Date.  

I. Sections 3 and 6 of this act shall take effect July 1, 2030.

II.  The remainder of this act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
