1 Primary Voting; State and Presidential Primaries; All Voters May Vote. RSA 659:14 is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

659:14 Special Provisions for State and Presidential Primary Elections. A person desiring to vote at a state or presidential primary election shall, at the time of announcing the person's name, request the ballot of the party in whose primary the person wishes to vote. Any registered voter, regardless of declared party affiliation or undeclared status, may choose to vote in the primary election of any recognized political party. No person shall be permitted to vote in more than one party's primary during the same election.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
