STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT repealing the New Hampshire council on autism spectrum disorders.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Blue Envelope Program for Drivers with Autism Spectrum and Trauma and Stressor-Related Disorders; Reference Removed.  Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 265:3-c, II to read as follows:  

II.  The division of motor vehicles[, in consultation with the New Hampshire council on autism spectrum and trauma and stressor-related disorders,] shall design and make available at no cost blue envelopes that:  

2  Repeal.  The following are repealed:  

I.  RSA 171-A:32, relative to the New Hampshire council on autism spectrum disorders, and the subdivision heading preceding RSA 171-A:32.  

II.  RSA 171-A:33, I(d), relative to appointment of a representative of the council on autism spectrum disorders to the developmental services quality council.  

3  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
