Amendment to HB 1366-FN
Amend RSA 110-B:19-a, II as inserted by section 2 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
II. If a law enforcement officer or peace officer has probable cause to believe a member of the New Hampshire air national guard or New Hampshire army national guard is in violation of a military protection order, the law enforcement officer or peace officer shall notify the office of the New Hampshire national guard general counsel or their designee that the service member may have violated the military protective order.
