Amendment to HB 1370
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT repealing the public school identification and accommodation of gifted and talented students reporting requirement.
Amend the bill by replacing section 1 with the following:
1 Repeal. RSA 189:29-b, relative to the identification and accommodation of gifted and talented students, is repealed.
