STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT designating the apple cider doughnut the official doughnut of the state of New Hampshire.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; State Doughnut. Amend RSA 3 by inserting after section 32 the following new section:
3:33 State Doughnut. The apple cider doughnut is hereby designated as the official state doughnut of New Hampshire.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
