AN ACT relative to the annual proclamation of "New Hampshire Day at the Big E."

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT relative to the annual proclamation of "New Hampshire Day at the Big E."

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Section; New Hampshire Day at The Big E.  Amend RSA 4 by inserting after section 13-ee the following new section:

4:13-ff  New Hampshire Day at the Big E.  The governor shall annually issue a proclamation observing the third Friday after Labor Day as “New Hampshire Day at The Big E" in recognition of the more than a century of support the Eastern States Exposition, Home of The Big E, has given to promoting agriculture and cooperation in the New England states.  

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
