STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT amending the meaning of scholarship organization as it pertains to education freedom accounts.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Education Freedom Accounts; Scholarship Organization.  Amend RSA 194-F:1, XII to read as follows:  

XII. "Scholarship organization" means a scholarship organization approved under RSA 77:G or a qualified entity approved by the department of education that administers and implements the EFA Act.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
