Amendment to HB 1407
Amend RSA 436:100, III as inserted by section 2 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
III. Vaccination against rabies may be performed either by a veterinarian licensed to practice in New Hampshire or by a veterinary technician, as defined in rules adopted by the board of veterinary medicine under RSA 541-A, working under the direct supervision of such veterinarian.
