Amendment to HB 1416
Amend RSA 332-O:2, IX as inserted by section 3 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
IX. Prohibit a medical pregnancy resource center from providing any pregnancy-related care or treatment, including care or treatment that may reverse the effects of chemical abortion drugs by a qualified medical person, including a physician, physician associate, or advanced practice registered nurse, or referring a client to such qualified medical personnel for such treatment.
