Floor Amendment to HB 1420-FN

 

Amend the bill by replacing all after section 4 with the following:  

 

5  Prospective Repeal.  RSA 77-A:5-d, relative to the local advertisement tax credit, is repealed.  

6  Effective Date.  

I.  Section 5 of this act shall take effect January 1, 2030.

II.  This remainder of this act shall take effect July 1, 2026.
