Amendment to HB 1449

 

Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:  

 

AN ACT limiting times vaccine clinics may operate at schools, with certain exceptions.

 

Amend RSA 200:27-b, II as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:  

 

II.  This section shall not apply:  

(a)  To public elementary or secondary school or chartered public school vaccination clinics where such clinics exclusively provide influenza vaccinations.

(b)  During a public health emergency declared in accordance with state or federal law.

AMENDED ANALYSIS

 

This bill prohibits the operation of a vaccination clinic at schools during school hours with the exception of clinics which solely administer influenza vaccinations and clinics operating during public health emergencies.
