Floor Amendment to HB 1460-FN
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT prohibiting the sale of a child's personal data.
Amend the bill by replacing section 1 with the following:
1 New Subparagraph; Expectation of Privacy; Personal Data. Amend RSA 507-H:6, I by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:
(e-1) Not sell a child's personal data;
