ANALYSIS
This bill requires scholarship organizations to provide a written explanation to parents of students that have been receiving a home education of the parents' requirement to provide written notice to the district superintendent or school principal upon termination of a home education program.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Education Freedom Accounts; Scholarship Organization Responsibilities; Notice Requirement Added. Amend RSA 194-F:4 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
III-a. The scholarship organization shall ensure that parents of students who had been receiving a home education pursuant to RSA 193-A receive a written explanation of their requirement to provide written notice of termination of the home education program pursuant to RSA 193-A:5, III.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
