STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Education; Public School Infrastructure Fund and Public School Infrastructure Commission; Public School Infrastructure Fund. Amend RSA 198:15-y, III by inserting after subparagraph (g) the following new subparagraph:
(h) Enhance public school emergency readiness with critical incident mapping technology to allow emergency response personnel and internal teams to operate from a unified understanding of site-specific nomenclature and other place characteristics associated with building infrastructure and grounds.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
