1 Agriculture in the Classroom. Amend RSA 425:25, V to read as follows:

VI. The committee shall submit an annual report of finances and activities of the commissioner in a manner and form and containing such information as the commissioner may require.

2 Repeal. RSA 425:25, III(f), relative to a representative of the Granite State Dairy Promotion on the agriculture in the classroom committee, is repealed.

3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
