STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT relative to the membership of the agriculture in the classroom committee.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Agriculture in the Classroom. Amend RSA 425:25, V to read as follows:
VI. The committee shall submit an annual report of finances and activities of the [commissioner] committee in a manner and form and containing such information as the commissioner may require.
2 The Department of Agriculture, Markets, and Food; Agriculture in the Classroom; Agriculture in the Classroom Committee. Amend RSA 425:25, III(f) to read as follows:
(f) A representative of [Granite State Dairy Promotion] the New Hampshire dairy industry, appointed by the governor.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
