Amendment to HB 1511
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT relative to the membership of the agriculture in the classroom committee and repealing the repeal of the produce safety chapter.
Amend the bill by replacing all after section 2 with the following:
3 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. 2018, 323:28 and 2018, 323:29, I, relative to the repeal of the produce safety chapter.
II. 2021, 21:1, I, relative to the extended effective date of the repeal of produce safety chapter.
4 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill removes a representative of the Granite State Dairy Promotion from the agriculture in the classroom committee. The bill also removes the prospective repeal of RSA 426-A, relative to produce safety.
