STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. 2025, 141:431, VI, directing the department of health and human services to include the amount necessary to fully fund certain child care workforce programs in its biennial budget request, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2026.
