STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT relative to the maximum temperature for vape heating coils and other required safety measures.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Vape Product Safety Features. Amend RSA 125:15-a by inserting after paragraph VIII the following new paragraph:
IX. Defining the maximum temperature of a vape heating coil and determine what safety features must be included in vape products to prevent them from overheating or "dry hitting" where the heating coil heats up considerably due to the lack of liquid.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
