Amendment to HB 1535
Amend the bill by replacing sections 1-3 with the following:
1 Electric Renewable Energy Classes. RSA 362-F:4, I(b) is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
(b) Geothermal energy, but for useful thermal energy, the unit must begin operation after January 1, 2013.
2 Electric Renewable Energy Classes. RSA 362-F:4, I(e) is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
(e) Methane gas, but for useful thermal energy, the unit must begin operation after January 1, 2013.
3 Electric Renewable Energy Classes. RSA 362-F:4, I(g) is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
(g) Solar thermal energy, but for useful thermal energy, the unit must begin operation after January 1, 2013.
