Amendment to HB 1584-FN
Amend RSA 141-C:21, II as inserted by section 3 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
II. Any officer, employee, or agent of the department of health and human services who authorizes, approves, or distributes promotional material regarding vaccination or immunization in violation of RSA 141-C:20-g shall be reported to the commissioner of the department of health and human services, who shall ensure appropriate disciplinary or corrective action under RSA 21-I and any applicable personnel rules.
Amend the bill by deleting section 4 and renumbering the original section 5 to read as 4.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill directs the department of health and human services to provide notice of medical and religious exemptions from immunization requirements and provides that any written signed statement attesting to the religious objection shall be sufficient.
