Amendment to HB 1624-FN
Amend the bill by replacing section 1 with the following:
1 Balance of New Hampshire Recovery Monument Special Account; Lapse to Alcohol Abuse Prevention Fund. On the effective date of this section, the balance of the New Hampshire recovery monument special account, formerly established in RSA 4:9-p, shall lapse to the alcohol abuse prevention fund established in RSA 176-A:1.
