Amendment to HB 164-FN
Amend the bill by replacing section 6 with the following:
6 Appropriation. The sum of $50,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027 is hereby appropriated to the secretary of state, division of archives and records management for the creation and maintenance of a publicly accessible website for the retention and public access to local electronic records, and the implementation of provisions of this act. Such funds shall be non-lapsing. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
