Amendment to HB 1665
Amend RSA 541-A:30-a, IX as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
IX. All parties to an administrative hearing held pursuant to law shall have equal authority to subpoena witnesses or documents, and that authority shall be identical to the authority set forth in RSA 516:2 through RSA 516:5.
