Amendment to HB 1676
Amend RSA 430:59 as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
430:59 Applicability. This subdivision shall apply to any pesticide product containing one or more of the following active ingredients: brodifacoum, bromadiolone, difethialone, difenacoum, warfarin, chlorophacinone, diphacinone, or any additional active ingredient designated by rule of the commissioner under RSA 541-A.
