Floor Amendment to HB 2026
Amend the bill by inserting after section 1 the following and renumbering the original section 2 to read as 4:
2 Classification of Continental Boulevard as a Class II Highway. Continental Boulevard, from NH 101A to Industrial Drive in the town of Merrimack, New Hampshire, shall be classified a class II highway.
3 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. 2024, 363:11, relative to reclassification of Continental Boulevard, in the town of Merrimack, as a class V highway.
II. 2024, 363:19, I, relative to the July 1, 2029 effective date of such reclassification.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill:
I. Adopts the state 10-year transportation plan for 2027-2036.
II. Repeals the prospective reclassification of Continental Boulevard in Merrimack as a class V highway.
