Floor Amendment to HB 348
Amend RSA 165:1, II(f) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(f) If adopted by the local governing body, a monthly local assistance cap of not less than 50 percent of the federal poverty level.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill provides that municipalities may require proof of residency for local assistance and may adopt a monthly local assistance cap of not less than 50 percent of the federal poverty level.
