Amendment to HB 524-FN
Amend the title of the bill by replacing it with the following:
AN ACT relative to disbursement of funds by the New Hampshire vaccine association.
Amend the bill by replacing all after section 2 with the following:
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill directs the New Hampshire vaccine association to disburse funds collected through assessments by the end of each fiscal year to the extent practicable.
