Amendment to HB 565
Amend RSA 178:22, V(h)(2)(A) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(2)(A) No person under the age of 18 shall be in any room where liquor, beverages, and specialty beverages are sold, unless accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult spouse and who has signed the minor or minors into the club and listed their ages. A person who is under 21 years old that presents a valid military identification card shall not need to be accompanied by a person 21 years old or older.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill allows persons under 21 into veterans' clubs, private clubs, and social clubs if they are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult spouse, or if they present a valid military identification card.
