STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five

 

AN ACT prohibiting student identification cards from being used as photo identification for purposes of obtaining a ballot.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 659:13, II(a)(5), relative to student identification cards being used to satisfy ballot identification requirements, is repealed.  

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
