1 Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board; Duties; Annual Review of Medical and Scientific Evidence. Amend RSA 126-X:12, IV(a) to read as follows:
(a) reviewing medical and scientific evidence pertaining to currently approved and additional qualifying conditions.
2 Therapeutic Cannabis Medical Oversight Board; Reporting Requirement. Amend RSA 126-X:12, VI to read as follows:
VI. On or before January 1 of each year, the board shall make a report to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the oversight committee on health and human services established under RSA 126-A:13, the board of medicine, and the board of nursing.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

VI. The report shall include citations to the medical and scientific evidence reviewed by the board, pertaining to currently approved and additional qualifying conditions.
