1 Delinquent Children; Definition of Conditional Release. Amend RSA 169-B:2, VIII(d) to read as follows:

(d) Return to the court for violation of conditions of the release and change of disposition at any time during the term of conditional release.

 New Paragraph; Delinquent Children; Jurisdiction.  Amend [RSA 169-B:4](https://gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/XII/169-B/169-B-4.htm) by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:

V-a. The court may retain jurisdiction to hear violations of conditions of release pursuant to RSA 169-B:2, VIII(d).

3 Children in Need of Services; Definition of Conditional Release. Amend RSA 169-D:2, III(d) to read as follows:

5 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2027.

The court may retain jurisdiction to hear violations of the conditions of release so long as the violation is filed within the period of conditional release.
