STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

 

AN ACT prohibiting municipalities from requiring licenses for the production and sale of homestead food products.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Paragraph; Local Regulations; Homestead Food Licenses.  Amend RSA 147:1 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:

IV.  Neither the governing body of a municipality nor the health officers of a town or city shall make regulations requiring licenses for activities or products exempt under RSA 143-A:12.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
