STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Local Regulations; Homestead Food Licenses. Amend RSA 147:1 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. Neither the governing body of a municipality nor the health officers of a town or city under RSA 47:12 shall make regulations requiring licenses, restrictions, or exclusions for activities or products that are exempt under RSA 143‑A:12 or RSA 143-A:5, VII.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
